The Beginning of forpawssake

Oreo and Luna weren’t just pets—they were family. A surprise gift, they were welcomed with love, but hidden beneath their playful eyes was an unseen truth. Like so many animals sold in pet stores, they had been taken from their mothers too soon, their fragile bodies weakened by neglect. At first, they seemed like any other kittens—curious, affectionate, and full of life. But within days, the signs appeared—the quiet fatigue, the loss of appetite, the slow fading of their playful energy
The diagnosis was crushing. Oreo had leukemia. Luna had panleukopenia. Both were fighting battles they had no chance of winning. There was no cure, no miracle, no way to rewrite their fate. But there was something we could do—make sure they knew love until their last breath. Days turned into weeks of hospital visits, sleepless nights, and whispered reassurances. When the time came, Oreo and Luna left this world peacefully, wrapped in warmth and care, knowing they had a home until the very end.
The grief was unbearable, but it opened our eyes to a cruel reality. Thousands of animals just like Oreo and Luna are bred for profit, sold like products, and abandoned when they become too sick or too inconvenient. Shelters in Pakistan fight every day to save them, but with limited resources, their struggle never ends.
Months later, Tom, a rescue with a painful past, found his way into our loving home. This time, there was no pet store, no transaction—just a soul in need, given a second chance. And that was the moment forpawssake was truly born—not just as a passion, but as a purpose.

How We Help
At forpawssake we are not just fundraisers—we are changemakers. Our mission goes beyond financial aid; we are building a future where no animal suffers in silence.
We educate and advocate, spreading awareness through seminars, corporate talks, and public outreach to shift mindsets and create a culture of compassion. We mobilize resources, forming partnerships with individuals, businesses, and global supporters to build a sustainable network of aid. We directly support shelters, ensuring they have the medical supplies, food, infrastructure, and transportation they need to operate and expand.
But we don’t stop there. We fight for stronger animal rights, pushing for legal reforms and ethical treatment standards. We develop volunteer programs, giving people the opportunity to foster, rescue, or actively support shelters. We lead vaccination and sterilization drives to prevent suffering at the root cause. And when disaster strikes, we are ready with emergency response and rescue efforts.
